Eligibility for Refunds:

Refunds are only available for purchases made directly through our Gumroad Store.
To be eligible for a refund, you must request it within 7 days of your purchase.
Refunds will not be granted if more than 7 days have passed since your purchase.

Non-Refundable Items:

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds for:
- Products that have been downloaded or accessed.
- Products purchased during a sale or promotion.
- Products that have been significantly used or consumed.

How to Request a Refund:

To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team via email.
Provide your order number and the reason for your refund request.
Our team will review your request and respond within 1-3 business days.

Refund Process:

If your refund request is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exceptions:

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we believe there is fraudulent activity or abuse of our refund policy.
